DDEC, LLC (“DDEC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website (ddec.com) as an informational site about our firm. We do not sell goods or personal information through this site.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Forms on this site may collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send. The careers form may also include a category of interest, an “About You” note, and a professional profile or portfolio link. You do not have to give us any of this to browse the site.

If you give us your email for updates, we handle it in-house. Unsubscribe by emailing info[@]ddec.com.

Information collected automatically. Cloudflare hosts, secures, and (if enabled) measures this site. It may process standard technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed.

Approximate map location. The homepage map centers on your approximate city using IP-based location only. It does not ask for location permission, does not use GPS, and does not store your coordinates.

Cookies. Cookies may be used for security and performance (content delivery, bot protection, and Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a form). If analytics is enabled, it is Cloudflare’s. We self-host our fonts.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to you, to operate and secure the site, and — if you gave us your email for updates — to send those updates.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with providers that run the site and its forms (Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile; Resend to deliver form email to us), and if required by law. Email addresses for updates are processed in-house, not through a third-party email service.

How long we keep it

Form messages are received at info[@]ddec.com and kept in ordinary email records as needed to respond. We do not maintain a separate customer database of form submissions.

Your choices

This site is directed at U.S. visitors. We do not sell personal information. To request access to or deletion of information you have submitted, email info[@]ddec.com. We will verify the request as appropriate before responding.

Children’s privacy

This site is for a professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact info[@]ddec.com and we will delete it.
